Your role
As an accounting supervisor, you are expected to review accounting records, tax returns and act as point of contact for our clients. For you to be successful in this role, you are expected to demonstrate the following:
- Resolve and address key issues on assigned clients in minimal amount of time
- Mentoring and reviewing junior associates within the team
- Strong knowledge in compliance laws and regulations such as, but not limited to, tax compliance with the BIR, corporate compliance with the SEC and other commercial laws and regulations
- Demonstrate professionalism and confidence in dealing with a range of stakeholder groups and management teams
- Lead administrative functions within the firm such as recruitment, thought leadership, business development and supporting other business units within the firm
- Continuously improve the workflow and quality of our work

Accounting supervisors manages a team of accounting associates while working with our key clients. We look for accounting supervisors that are highly competent in taxation and management reporting with experience managing a small team of accounting professionals.

Compensation package
Accounting supervisors are offered highly competitive compensation package which includes the following baseline benefits:
- Salary ranging from Php37,500 to Php50,000 per month for CPAs (non-CPAs will have a lower salary bracket)
- HMO cover upon regularization
- Discretionary bonus scheme
- Bi-annual salary appraisals
Other benefits will be offered depending on the interview process.
